Terms and Conditions:

1. By participating in this Competition, you confirm that you accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter is CLINK DRINK LTD & RED SHOOTS
3. The Competition is called “The Ultimate Gin Lover Kit” promotion.
4. The promotional period is 1 pm Monday, 1st May 2023 to 18:00 pm Sunday, 12th May 2023. 
5. To enter the competition, you must sign up viaInstagram and complete the required instructions.
6. There will be 1 draw. The draw will be held on Monday 14th May 2023 and winners will be notified by direct message on Instagram. If the winner(s) cannot be reached by Instagram within three working days, the Promoter may redraw a new prize winner without liability to any person.
7. Valid contact details including your instagram handle must be provided at the time of entry to successfully enter.
8. You may enter more than once, however only one entry will be counted. No responsibility is accepted for late or misdirected entries.
9. The Promotion is open to New Zealand residents only.
10. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
11. By entering the competition, you agree to share your entry information with CLINK DRINK & RED SHOOTS to be used solely for marketing purposes, including adding you to the Promoter and Sponsors’ databases.
12. The prize winner(s) agree to allow the Promoter and Sponsors to photograph and film them and use their full name for marketing and publicity use without compensation.
13. The Promoter agrees to keep all personal details obtained via the Promotion confidential.
14. The Promoter agrees that such information may be used only by the Promoter and Sponsors after the Promotional Period.
15. The Promoter and Sponsors accept no responsibility for late or misdirected entries. Entries must be submitted through the online entry form to be considered valid.
16. The Promoter’s decision as to the winners is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the conduct of the Promotion or otherwise.

1. The campaign prize will occur at a time and date to be agreed between the promoter and the prize winner.
2. The Promoter and Sponsors accept no responsibility for a variation in the value of the prizes or the suitability of the prizes for its intended purpose and the winner accepts the prize on an ‘as is’ basis.
3. The Promoter and Sponsors accept no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever that may arise in any way from the use of the prizes or the conduct of the promotion.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
5. Competition is intended to promote CLINK DRINK & RED SHOOTS to members of the general public and as such is closed to owners, managers, employees, and contractors of the CPHBA. Entries from these groups will be invalid.
6. Entry into the competition is deemed confirmation that the entrant has necessary authority to enter the Promotion.
