Shipping Policy

We ship boxes in the first week of the month. Any orders placed before then will receive that month’s box, and any orders placed after that date will receive next month's box.

Good news, shipping is free with all subscription boxes!

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll receive an email from us containing the tracking number.

You should expect 1 – 2 days delivery for the North Island and 2 – 3 for South Island, Waiheke Island and Rural addresses. All going well you will have it by the 1st weekend of the month to sit back and relax with your craft gin.

We have done lots of research on our packaging, not only is it sustainable and eco-friendly, but it’s also robust for your precious cargo. If in the unlikely event that you do find some damage, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged goods.

If you are worried that your order has gone missing, please reach out to us at and let us know your order number. We'll do our very best to look after you and get your gin to you ASAP!

In accordance with our liquor license all parcels must be signed for and we recommend that you have it sent to where you would normally be during daytime weekdays.

It’s important to us that we do the right thing, particularly in the sale and supply of alcohol products. Please remember we will not leave your order with anyone who is under 18 years old or anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated. In these instances, we’ll arrange for delivery at another time and let you know if an additional delivery fee is applicable.

There are specific public holidays within the year when delivery of alcohol is prohibited by law.

These are: Christmas day, Easter Sunday, Good Friday and ANZAC Day (before 1pm) Please note, that we don’t dispatch or deliver on other public holidays like Labour Day, Anniversary Day or ANZAC day after 1pm, as our hard-working team take a well-deserved break.

We’ll aim to deliver on the next (non-holiday) working day.
