It started with a simple idea. Can we produce a Gin that reminded us of a certain place, a terroir, a homestead? One that invokes memories of both near and far away places? With that challenge, The Cambridge Distillery Company was born to create premium spirits, each with their own distinct taste & provenance. Spirits with something to say.

Knocknaveagh is the flagship gin. A gin that keeps to tradition, but with the freedoms of exploration that come from exploring new places. Using classic botanicals & combining them in modern ways to take you on a journey from place to
