The highlight of this month's box is a limited edition, small-batch floral drop from Rifters Distillery - Limited Edition Blossomed Gin.

This gin is inspired by Wanaka's Lavender Farm and is distilled with Pacific Blue Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Fresh Chamomile, Elderflower, and Gorse Flower, offering a unique taste of Central Otago. The March box contains a 700ml bottle of this limited release gin.

Here's what you'll find in the rest of the box:

  • East Imperial Tonic Water
  • East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic Water
  • Bhuja Brothers Mild Bro-Ja Mix
  • PARCHED Dehydrated Citrus
  • CLINK Garnish Wheel

Rifters Distillery is a small-batch premium gin maker located in Arrowtown, New Zealand. This distillery is the brainchild of two kiwi builders, Hamish and Stu, who decided to create their own gin one day in their workshop. After years of experimenting, they developed a premium gin that has won multiple awards globally.

The distillery is dedicated to producing gin that is made to be enjoyed in good company. The bottle itself pays homage to Arrowtown's gold mining history and the land that surrounds the distillery. The team at Rifters takes great care in ensuring that they leave the land in good shape for future generations.

In addition to making great gin, the team at Rifters is also fond of "yarning." They love nothing more than chatting with their customers and gin enthusiasts about their product and their ethos. They also believe in getting immersed in the thick of life and enjoying the work they do, as well as sharing their gin with friends and family.

We've also included a cocktail recipe featuring the Blossomed Gin and other ingredients in the box. Here are the details:

Cocktail Recipe: Blossomed Fizz

  • 60ml Blossomed Gin
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 20ml Elderflower syrup
  • Ice

  • Stirrer and stirring vessel
  • Double strainer

Mixing It:

  1. Measure and pour the above ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker. If you don't have a cocktail shaker, mix in a tall vessel.
  2. Shake and strain into a tall glass, top with chilled soda.
  3. Garnish with Elderflower or a similar flower.

Parched Garnishes

Looking for the perfect garnish to elevate your gin and tonic game? Look no further than Parched Garnishes! This month, we've included a sample of their dehydrated citrus in our CLINK gin subscription box.

Parched Garnishes was founded in 2022 with the goal of revolutionizing the world of garnishes. No longer are they just an afterthought - Parched takes pride in creating a garnish that is natural, simple, and sustainable, yet elegant with a touch of luxury.

So why settle for a lackluster garnish when you can add a touch of sophistication and flavor with Parched's dehydrated citrus? And the best part - it's included in this month's CLINK gin subscription box! So sit back, relax, and enjoy the perfect gin and tonic experience with CLINK and Parched Garnishes.

East Imperial

East Imperial Mixers are the perfect complement to any gin. At CLINK, we understand that quality and tradition are important, which is why we have included two different East Imperial mixers in this month's subscription box: the Royal Botanic Tonic Water and the Standard Tonic Water.

The Royal Botanic Tonic Water is a special addition, made in partnership with the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and embodies over 250 years of exploration, discovery, and the pioneering spirit. It introduces a subtle brightness to your glass with the refreshing notes of elderflower, combined with the tart taste of ruby red grapefruit and bitterness of sustainably sourced quinine from the highlands of Batavia in Java.

East Imperial Standard Tonic Water, on the other hand, is elegantly crafted and contemporary tasting, with the highest quinine levels available. Rounded out with top notes of Thai Lemongrass and Manao Lime, it pairs perfectly with more traditional citrus-driven and London dry-style gins for a perfect Gin and Tonic.

The high quality and natural ingredients used in East Imperial Mixers make them stand out from the overly sweet soft drinks on the market. All of their products are made using only the purest ingredients, sustainably sourced from Asia and Africa, the home of the original tonic water. This practice ensures that the mixers not only taste great but are also good for you.

If you're a gin lover and find yourself in Arrowtown, we highly recommend stopping by The Winery for a gin tasting experience. Carefully curated to explore the unique styles, regions, and characters of premium gins, their gin tasting 'flights' of three different gins are sure to impress.

The team at The Winery has carefully selected each gin to showcase different regions, styles, and influences, so you can taste, explore, and discover your new favorite gin. Each 'flight' comes with 20mls of each gin and either tonic or soda water to mix with as you taste.

It's the perfect opportunity to try something new and broaden your gin knowledge. Plus, it's a great way to spend an afternoon in Arrowtown, exploring the historic town and its surroundings. So, whether you're a gin aficionado or just getting started, be sure to check out The Winery for an unforgettable gin tasting experience.

If you're a gin lover visiting the Queenstown area, you won't want to miss out on a visit to the Gin Garden, located in Arthurs Point just a 10-minute drive from Queenstown and Arrowtown. Owned and operated by Broken Heart, the Gin Garden offers a tasting experience like no other.

The Gin Garden serves 15 award-winning, locally distilled Broken Heart Spirits, including the recently awarded Best New Zealand London Dry at the World Gin Awards in both 2021 and 2022, and WORLD's Best Vodka at the World Vodka Awards 2022. Broken Heart Spirits are derived from all-natural botanicals and individually handcrafted in the pure south of New Zealand, ensuring that only the best quality product is delivered to customers.

The drink menu at the Gin Garden offers a comprehensive list of Broken Heart Spirits, tasting flights, and cocktails. For non-spirit drinkers, they also offer a selection of beer, wine, bubbles, and non-alcoholic options. The light food menu is available to complement your tasting experience.

The Gin Garden also offers private tastings for groups of 6 or more people. A member of the team will spend time with your group, talking through the full range of spirits, offering samples, and providing recommendations on serving suggestions. This is the perfect opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the distilling process.
