The highlight of this month's box is a limited edition, small-batch floral drop from Rifters Distillery - Limited Edition Blossomed Gin.

This gin is inspired by Wanaka's Lavender Farm and is distilled with Pacific Blue Lavender, Lemon Verbena, Fresh Chamomile, Elderflower, and Gorse Flower, offering a unique taste of Central Otago. The March box contains a 700ml bottle of this limited release gin.

Rifters Distillery is a small-batch premium gin maker located in Arrowtown, New Zealand. This distillery is the brainchild of two kiwi builders, Hamish and Stu, who decided to create their own gin one day in their workshop. After years of experimenting, they developed a premium gin that has won multiple awards globally.

The distillery is dedicated to producing gin that is made to be enjoyed in good company. The bottle itself pays homage to Arrowtown's gold mining history and the land that surrounds the distillery. The team at Rifters takes great care in ensuring that they leave the land in good shape for future generations.

We've also included a cocktail recipe featuring the Blossomed Gin and other ingredients in the box. Here are the details:

Cocktail Recipe: Blossomed Fizz

Ingredients:

• 60ml Blossomed Gin
• 20ml Lemon juice
• 20ml Elderflower syrup
• Ice

Hardware:

• Stirrer and stirring vessel
• Double strainer

Mixing It:

1. Measure and pour the above ingredients over ice into a cocktail shaker. If you don't have a cocktail shaker, mix in a tall vessel.
2. Shake and strain into a tall glass, top with chilled soda.
3. Garnish with Elderflower or a similar flower.
