A little bit about Juno Gin

Juno Distillers is a husband and wife team that founded their distillery in 2015. They took the best of what New Zealand has to offer and created Juno Gin. New Zealand's diverse landscapes have given Juno Distillers an abundance of fresh, local botanicals to work with. Each botanical is hand-selected and picked at the peak of its freshness. The Juno team takes great care and artistry in distilling their gin in a copper still which they feel gives the spirit more character. This attention to detail has certainly paid off as Juno Gin has won multiple awards including a Double Gold Medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Juno Gin is truly divine and perfect for any occasion. You will not be disappointed.

Juno Extra Fine is an award-winning signature gin.

It is created with fresh locally-grown botanicals & a touch of Kaffir Lime to reinforce that sparkling citrus note, and a little manuka to build mouthfeel and to bind the flavours together.

It is the perfect base for building delicious cocktails as well as the classic G&T or martini.

This aromatic gin pairs well with flavours such as elderflower, cucumber, lime and mint.

Cocktail of the Month: Gin-Gin Mule

A very refreshing alternative to a G&T

INGREDIENTS

45ml Juno Extra Fine Gin

Alchemy & Tonic Spiced Ginger Ale

Plenty of ice

Fresh lime wedges

Mint to garnish

Add 45ml of gin to a glass filled with ice, top with ginger ale and add plenty of lime wedges squeezed into the glass, garnish with fresh mint
